Pricing Model

Standard Price is £299 (Year 1), then £250 annual renewal fee from Year 2

Our start-up plan enables you to have:

  • 150 Pictures (up to 400 x 400 pixels, and no more than 250Kb in size)
  • 150 Customised Pages, of which 50 can be documents (no more than 250Kb in size)
  • 100 Links
  • 50 staff (with optional thumbnail pictures, in addition to above)
  • 50 calendar events
  • 10 users, 2 of which are site administrators

These limits are suitable for the majority of schools. [Note: the size limit on files is primarily to ensure that your visitors do not have to wait for ever for pictures and documents to be downloaded.]

 


Additional costs:

  • +50 pictures £10 per annum
  • +50 pages £10 per annum
  • +20 documents £10 per annum
  • +50 links £5 per annum
  • +25 events £5 per annum
  • + 5 users £20 per annum

Each change of limits is +£10 administration fee, which is waived if the upgrade option is taken at licence renewal time.

Limits raised during the contract year are charged pro rata.

Alternatively, the following upgrade packages are available, [subject to a minimum 1 year]:

  • Bronze : Each of the above, for £50 per annum (plus £10 one-off administration fee)
  • Silver : 2 x bronze, for £75 per annum (plus £10 one-off administration fee)
  • Gold: 3 x bronze, for £100 per annum (plus £10 one-off administration fee)
